New Client Instructions

If you are a new client and interested in getting started on your healing journey please click here to schedule your free 20min phone consultation to find out if Brainspotting and/or EMDR therapy are right  for you: 

Click here for the NEW client portal to complete intake paperwork, enter insurance information and preferred method of payment for co-payments, coinsurance and/or deductible as needed.

 If you are a new client you must complete all steps prior to scheduling your appointment in order for the appointment to be approved 

1) Review & Sign informed consents

2)  Fill out background information paperwork
3) Enter Insurance information on the portal Please also email me a picture of the back and front of the insurance card to have on file
4) Upload a Payment method on the client portal  for any co-pay/co-insurance/deductible/Late cancel/No Show fees if needed

*****After***** the  above steps are  completed you can then jump to the calendar section of  the portal where you can then schedule your intake appointment at a time that is  convenient to you  (system allows you to make an appointment with a min of 24hours out and  max of up to 2 months out)
