How I work as a therapist:

I help women with anxiety and trauma process emotions so they can feel calm, connected and safe in their body.

I don't want my clients to only talk about their struggles. I equip my clients with the knowledge of how emotions show up in the body and how to start to be present with the hard things of being human. I help clients heal by moving them through the emotions in a safe and embodied manner.
