I help women with anxiety and trauma process intense emotions so they feel calm, connected and safe in their bodies. 

A few personal tidbits:

• My favorite color is turquoise and I will buy pretty much anything that comes in it.
• I am not a morning person.
• I have two fur babies, a Corgi and Teddy Bear.
• I have one human child as well, who we recently welcomed into the world in June 2023 and he is helping me to continue to become the person I am meant to be.
• I am a counselor who seeks my own regular counseling so I can show up the best I can for YOU
